Housekeeping is between 8am and 4pm. If you wish to have your room done at a specific time, please tell the housekeeping lady or the front desk who will try their best to satisfy this request.

To call outside the hotel, you can dial 0. To call another room you can dial 1 and the number of the room.
To call the different services of the hotel, you can follow the instructions written on the phone.

The Direction recommends the use of the in-room safe (instructions are found near the safe). However the hotel is not responsible in case of items left or lost in your safety box.

In case of mistake in dialling the code, the safe will block itself automatically for security. You must wait 5 minutes before entering your code again. If the problem remains, you can contact the reception.

A selection of the main French and international daily newspapers are available each morning. An assortment of magazines is also available in French, English, Russian and Arabic. You can find the information concerning the cultural, artistic and theatrical events, the main places for shopping and some suggestion of restaurants.
